Data Deletion Instructions

Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly in the SpeakReady app by opening Profile settings and choosing Delete account.

Request Deletion by Email

To request deletion of your SpeakReady account data, email speakready.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my SpeakReady data".

Please include the email address or sign-in provider you use with SpeakReady, such as Apple or Google. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What We Delete

After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify account data associated with your SpeakReady account, including account profile information, gems, conversation history, and feature usage information. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.

Local Device Data

Some cached files, audio playback files, recordings, or app preferences may exist only on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting SpeakReady from your device.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days where feasible and legally permitted.
